Terms of Sale

Last updated: 27 May 2026

These terms govern purchases made on the Digital Tomorrow Music shop at shop.digitaltomorrowmusic.com (the "shop"), operated by Digital Tomorrow Music ("we", "us", "the label"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. The shop's separate general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. What you are buying

The shop sells digital music tracks — typically MP3 files, sometimes also available as lossless FLAC. Each track is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may listen to it, transfer it between your own devices, and back it up. You may not resell it, redistribute it, sync it to video for commercial release, or upload it as your own work.

2. Price and currency

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of any applicable Danish VAT where required by EU law. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. PayPal applies its own exchange rate if you fund the payment in a different currency; we have no control over that rate.

3. Payment

Payment is handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number or PayPal password — PayPal handles the transaction and notifies us when payment is captured. Your order is confirmed only once PayPal returns a successful capture; if the popup is closed or payment fails, no charge is made and no order is created.

4. Delivery

Tracks are delivered by email immediately after payment. The receipt email contains direct download links for every track in your order. Each track can be downloaded up to 5 times (shared across the MP3 and FLAC links). If you reach that limit or lose the file, reply to your receipt email and we'll send you a fresh set of links at no charge. We aim to keep purchased tracks downloadable indefinitely but cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:

5. Right of withdrawal — important notice for EU consumers

You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal when you complete a purchase. Because the tracks are downloadable immediately upon payment, EU consumer-protection rules (Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m)) let us treat the right of withdrawal as expired once delivery has begun. By clicking the PayPal button and completing payment you give your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

For physical goods or services we'd be required to give you 14 days to change your mind. For an instantly-delivered digital file we are not, provided we tell you up-front — which is what this section is doing.

6. Refunds

Because of section 5, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases. We will refund a purchase in the following cases:

Refunds go back to the PayPal account that made the payment, typically within 5 working days of approval.

7. Licensing and acceptable use

The licence granted to a buyer is a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, personal-use licence only. You may:

8. AI-assisted content

Tracks in the shop are produced with the assistance of AI music-generation tools and then refined by human editing, mastering, and curation. We make no representation about copyrightability or originality of AI-generated outputs beyond what the upstream tools' own terms state.

9. Availability

We may add, remove, or re-price tracks at any time. Removing a track from the shop does not affect your right to keep downloading a track you have already purchased, but we may not be able to re-deliver a removed track years later if our storage of the file has lapsed.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The shop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the affected track. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your residence.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Denmark. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the new terms. The terms in force at the time you made a purchase remain the ones that apply to that purchase.
